Regular Inspection of Front-End Equipment:
Component Inspection: Regularly inspect components such as hanging poles, brackets, insulators, alloy wires, insulating wires, grounding stakes, and warning signs for damage.
Replace Damaged Components: Replace any broken, aged, or severely corroded components immediately, such as damaged insulators.
Wire and Connection Maintenance:
Tighten Connections: Ensure the connections between alloy wires and hanging poles, brackets, and other connecting devices are tight, and that the wire tension is appropriate.
Insulation Wire Repair: Inspect the insulation wires for aging or damage. Replace severely aged insulation wires and repair damaged insulation.
Grounding and Cleaning:
Grounding Check: Check the reliability of the electronic fence system's grounding. Measure the grounding resistance to ensure it does not exceed 10Ω.
Clean Up Debris: Regularly clean up debris at the front of the electronic fence to keep it tidy.
Main Unit Maintenance and Repair:
Power Outage Inspection: Perform a power outage inspection of the main unit every three months to ensure its normal operation.
Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the working environment of the main unit clean, well-ventilated, and moisture-proof.
Backup Battery Check:
Battery Status Check: Regularly check the backup battery to ensure it is free from leaks or damage.
Battery Voltage Measurement: Check the battery voltage. If the battery has been used for more than one year, replace it promptly.
Alarm Linkage Device Check:
Operating Status Check: Regularly check the alarm linkage device for proper functioning. After the pulse generator issues an alarm signal, check the device's operation.
Replace Damaged Devices: Replace any damaged devices promptly.
Severe Weather Check:
Operating Status Check: During severe weather such as typhoons and heavy rains, re-check the electronic fence's operating status. Address any problems immediately.
